Jeremy Middleton, MD, of University of Virginia Children's Hospital is presenting ""Hot Topics of in Pediatric Gastroenterology"" on behalf of SGNA.

Children are not little adults, and in this webinar we will explore the differences in evaluation and management of a variety of pediatric gastrointestinal issues compared to adults. 

At the conclusion of this presentation, the participants will be able to:

Compare/contrast presentation and treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in children versus adults
Recognize the differences in how children present with Eosinophilic Esophagitis
Create a differential diagnosis for chronic abdominal pain for children


The Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, Inc., is accredited as a Provider of Continuing Nursing Education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Upon successful completion, participants will receive 1.0 contact hour. 


Upon successful completion, we anticipate that participants will receive 1.0 GI specific contact hour within category 1 through ABCGN as well as CBSPD and IAHCSMM.
